Mumbai: A massive fire broke out at a burger shop near Ghatkopar railway station on Wednesday afternoon, triggering panic in the busy area. Thankfully, no casualties were reported as employees inside the shop managed to evacuate in time.

The blaze started suddenly and quickly engulfed the kitchen area. Firefighters rushed to the spot and managed to bring the fire under control before it could spread to adjacent shops. The cause of the fire is yet to be determined.

This incident comes just two days after a fire broke out in a seven-storey building in Ghatkopar East, raising fresh concerns over fire safety in the area.

Fire brigade officials responded swiftly to the scene, preventing what could have been a major disaster. Authorities are currently assessing the extent of property damage.
