Four Stabbed Over Facebook Post After Clash Breaks Out At Vada Pav Stall In Borivali West
A violent clash took place on Tuesday near the MHB Colony Police Station in Borivli West, involving two groups at a vada-pav stall. Four people sustained stab wounds during the altercation and were immediately taken to Babasaheb Ambedkar Hospital in Kandivli, where they received treatment and are now stable. The MHB Colony Police are currently registering cases against both groups.
The vada-pav stall is operated by the Yadav family, who had earlier employed Pavan Dubey, a man from their hometown. Dubey eventually left the job but a dispute began last week after a Yadav family member posted a photo on Facebook featuring a woman associated with Dubey. This angered Dubey, who asked them to delete the post. Although the photo was removed, tensions escalated further.

On Wednesday, Dubey arrived at the stall armed with a Swiss knife and stabbed three members of the Yadav family. In the scuffle, one of the Yadavs managed to snatch the knife and stabbed Dubey in return. Police were immediately alerted, and all four injured individuals were rushed to the hospital. Investigations are ongoing, and legal action is being taken against both parties involved.
