Mumbai: In an effort to ensure the prompt and fair resolution of citizen grievances, the Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Housing and Area Development Board of ‘MHADA’ organized its first-ever Janata Darbar (Public Hearing Day) on Friday.

As part of this, MHADA’s Vice President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Sanjeev Jaiswal, instructed all regional boards of to organize Janata Din (Public Hearing Days) for the effective implementation of the "Grievance Redressal" component of the seven-point action plan. Acting on this directive and under his guidance, the Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Board successfully conducted its first Janata Darbar day.
