In a key meeting of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) held in New Delhi on Sunday, Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister and Shiv Sena leader Eknath Shinde presented a resolution commending the success of “Operation Sindoor” and applauding the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The resolution, unanimously backed by leaders of all NDA constituent parties, hailed the bravery and strategic precision of India’s defense forces and underscored the government’s firm stance on national security.
Highlights of the Resolution:
Applauded the courage, professionalism, and patriotic dedication of Indian defense personnel during “Operation Sindoor.”
Sent a clear warning to cross-border terrorism, emphasizing India's resolve to respond forcefully to any provocation.
Reinforced the NDA government’s unwavering commitment to safeguarding India’s sovereignty.
Recognized historic defense reforms under PM Modi, including One Rank One Pension, defense indigenization, and border infrastructure modernization.
Endorsed a new strategic doctrine: “India will respond to any terrorist attack decisively — and strictly on India’s terms.”

Presenting the resolution, Eknath Shinde said, “Operation Sindoor is not just a military operation; it is a symbol of India’s national resolve. Under Prime Minister Modi’s leadership, the country is confronting every challenge with fearless determination.”
He further asserted, “The world needs to hear this loud and clear — whoever dares to provoke India will be wiped out. The strength of our defense forces is the impenetrable shield protecting the nation.”
The high-level meeting was chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and attended by Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, BJP National President J.P. Nadda, and Chief Ministers, Deputy Chief Ministers, and senior leaders from NDA-ruled states and alliance parties.
