Meenakshi Santosh Baghel (39), Neetu Shatrudhan Baghel (35), and Mirabai Ishulal Turkar (50), who live in Nagpur, were performing pindadaan at Korni Ghat. The event happened when Neetu lost her footing, causing Meenakshi and Mirabai to try to save her, leading to all three drowning. There is no established connection between the mock drill and the tragic event that occurred on June 8.
