Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: A hit-and-run incident took place in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar where a driver of a vehicle crashed into a motorcycle and then left the scene. During the incident, the motorcycle rider suffered injuries, while three girls walking narrowly escaped injury. A video snippet of the event has been shared on social media.
According to the information, the incident took place in the Hudco N-13 area of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The footage shows a light blue Hyundai speeding towards the scene, first hitting the barrier before crashing into a motorcycle rider. Afterwards, the same vehicle collides with an adjacent electric pole too.

The impact of the vehicle on the two-wheeler was so intense that the rider was launched into the air and hit the ground, while his two-wheeler surged forward with the same force. During this incident, three women were coming from the direction opposite to that of the motorbike rider. This motorcycle comes near to them.
After hitting the pole, electric spark can be seen firing in the video which caused electricity outage for about 2 hours in the area. After the incident, people had started to gather and help the victim, the car driver waited for a while before rushing out of the site nearly hitting another man who was trying to stop the car driver from running away. The front of the car was completely damaged as seen in the video.
The motorcyclist was seen crying on the road. The residents consoled him. The entire scene was captured by a CCTV near the site. In the scene, the girl who is walking is shown escaping in a state of panic. As soon as the information about this incident is gathered, the police will promptly proceed to the scene. Currently, the police are searching for the car and its owner with the help of the CCTV footage.
