BluZone in Neral is the first plotted development in India rooted in the principles of global Blue Zones - communities known for longer, healthier lives through active lifestyles and strong social ties. At the House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL), we've brought this philosophy to land development, creating spaces designed to encourage mobility, mindfulness, social connection, and sustainable living. Features include themed walking paths, meditation gardens, and open-air libraries planned by international firm Enzyme APD. BluZone is about transforming land from a static investment into an environment that enables better everyday living.

Q2. Why was Neral chosen as the first location under the Mission BluZone initiative?

Neral is a strategic choice, offering a blend of natural beauty and infrastructure potential. It’s part of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region with existing rail connectivity and proximity to heritage destinations like Matheran and Bhimashankar. Equally critical are upcoming projects - the Navi Mumbai International Airport, Mumbai Trans Harbour Link, and NAINA Smart City development - which will enhance accessibility and growth. This combination of connectivity, serene landscape, and development upside makes Neral ideal for our first wellness-focused community, aligning with our data-driven approach to selecting high-potential corridors.

Q3. What makes BluZone different from other plotted communities?

Most plotted developments stop at basic layout and infrastructure. BluZone is masterplanned as a complete, experiential community. Designed by Enzyme APD, it integrates themed pathways like the Wellness Path and Adventure Trail, along with outdoor fitness areas, art pavilions, and meditation spaces.
