Bollywood sensation Kiara Advani has become the talk of the town ever since she debuted her jaw-dropping bikini look in 'Aavan Jaavan' from War 2. The actress stole the spotlight with her sculpted physique and effortless confidence, sharing sizzling chemistry with Hrithik Roshan.
And, for everyone wondering what the real secret behind her toned transformation is, it's not crash diets, just a mindful, desi-style nutrition plan that's all about balance and smart choices.
No crash diets, only clean eating
Kiara’s nutritionist, Nicole Linhares Kedia, was the brain behind her transformation. "Kiara had a fairly clean eating style; she loves ghar ka khana," Nicole shared with Pinkvilla. But for War 2, they changed things up with a fine-tuned approach, particularly by increasing her protein intake and keeping her in a controlled calorie deficit.

This wasn't about cutting calories drastically. "The biggest challenge was adjusting her macros, especially increasing protein, while keeping her in a steady calorie deficit," Nicole explained. Even tiny details, like oil portions or a stray shaving of cheese, were tracked carefully, without compromising the joy of food.
Healthy and hearty morning start
Mornings meant fuel-up time. As per her nutritionist, Kiara's breakfast often included oat and walnut flour pancakes enriched with protein powder. Sweetened naturally with monk fruit extract or maple syrup, the pancakes were topped with berries and a dollop of homemade hazelnut butter.

Vibrant, balanced main meals
Her main meals followed a simple rule: whole, fresh, and colourful. From grilled chicken and light Indian curries to veggies like asparagus and baby potatoes, her lunches and dinners were anything but boring. Healthy dips like edamame pesto hummus and slices of avocado brought both flavour and good fats to the table.
'Focused on vibrant, wholesome ingredients'
Nicole stated that Kiara's meals were "tailored to her physical activity for the day". "We avoided processed foods and focused on vibrant, wholesome ingredients," she added.
Post-workout recovery didn't come in the form of chemical-packed protein shakes. Instead, Kiara turned to a humble Indian favourite, sattu chaas. "Kiara stayed true to her roots with this age-old remedy," Nicole said. "It helped her recover naturally."
So, Kiara's diet plan for War 2 included no shortcuts, fads, or flashy trends; it was just mindful eating, discipline, and a whole lot of consistency.
