In a powerful display of determination and compassion, the Rotary Club of Bombay Pier has launched the #4CornerIndiaDrive, an ambitious 40-day road journey covering over 15,000 km across India. Flagged off on July 13, 2025, at Nariman Point, Mumbai, this drive has a singular goal, to raise awareness about cervical cancer and provide free HPV vaccinations to 1,00,000 underprivileged girls.
At the heart of this mission are two inspiring women- Meenakshi Aravind, founder of XPD India & Beyond, and Priya Rajpal from the Rotary Club of Bombay Pier. Meenakshi, an experienced expedition leader, and Priya, a passionate advocate for women’s health, are driving across 15 states to spread the message that cervical cancer is preventable.
“This is not just a road trip, it’s a journey of hope,” says Meenakshi. “With every mile, we are telling families that their daughters’ lives matter.”
Laal pari: more than a vehicle
Their red Isuzu SUV, affectionately named Laal Pari, is not just transportation, it’s a symbol of strength and purpose. Decorated with campaign messages, Laal Pari will carry the team to 18 cities where large-scale vaccination drives and awareness camps will be held.
A huge shoutout goes to Isuzu India, who provided this dependable vehicle. “Thank you for putting wheels beneath a cause that truly matters,” Meenakshi shared.

This life-saving campaign is made possible by the collaboration of many partners. The Free Press Journal has joined as the media partner, helping spread the word far and wide. Beautiful Tomorrow and AOGIN India are leading vaccination efforts. Apar Industries and Swan Solutions & Services are key sponsors supporting the mission.
Why this matters?
Cervical cancer kills thousands of women in India every year, but it is preventable with timely vaccination against HPV (Human Papillomavirus). Many families simply don’t have access to this life-saving vaccine or the right information.
“This drive is about giving girls a fighting chance,” Priya says. “Every girl deserves protection and dignity.”
