Indore (Madhya Pradesh): The sensational murder case of Indore's Raja Raghuvanshi which had sent shockwaves across the country, is most likely to be adapted into a feature film titled 'Honeymoon In Shillong'.

The film received complete support from Raja's Family and his brother. His brother Vipin Raghuvanshi believes that a film adaptation of the spine-chilling murder will play crucial role in presenting facts about the case.

“This movie will be able to present the correct image of Meghalaya, and how perfectly with strictness and promptly they did the investigation,” Vipin said while speaking to ANI.

Raja Raghuvanshi was allegedly murdered by his wife Sonam and her aides in Meghalaya's capital Shillong. The movie is supposed to be directed by SP. Nimbawat.

According to reports, Aamir Khan eyed a project on the Meghalaya murder case and was speculated to produce it. However, the actor has denied any such association, terming it as 'rumours' 'entirely false'.

According to Vipin, the movie's script is almost ready and is in it's final stages. Bollywood stars have been cast in key roles of the film, however he refused to mention any name. The release date of Honeymoon in Shillong is yet to be announced.
