A woman riding a scooter was severely injured after getting caught in Chinese manja near the Krishna Kunj flyover in Delhi's Laxmi Nagar.
A video of the incident has surfaced on social media. The manja caused injuries to the woman's face, with blood oozing from the cuts.
This incident has come to light at a time when Delhi Police is running a campaign against Chinese manja.
