Lucknow: The Shia community in Lucknow observed a day of mourning to commemorate the martyrdom of Hazrat Muslim bin Aqil, the emissary of Imam Hussain (AS). Majlises were held at various Imambargahs and Karbalas across the city, where mourners gathered to pay tribute to the revered figure.
At Rais Manzil's Roza-e-Muslim, a main majlis was held, addressed by Maulana Mohammad Ali Haider, who recounted the events leading to Hazrat Muslim's martyrdom.
Taboots, Alams, and Zuljanah were taken out in procession, allowing devotees to pay their respects. The events were organized by Anjuman Gunchaye Mehadiya and other groups.

Similar majlises were held at other Imambargahs, including Maulana Abbas Irshad Kachchi Mohalla and Roza-e-Baitul Huzn. The community came together to express grief and solidarity, reflecting on the significance of Hazrat Muslim's sacrifice.
