Meerut: A domestic dispute turned into a public spectacle in Uttar Pradesh’s Meerut when a woman caught her husband red-handed with his alleged girlfriend and launched a physical assault, videos of which are now widely circulating on social media. The dramatic confrontation unfolded in Phoolbagh Colony under the Nauchandi police station area.
According to reports, the wife, accompanied by her relatives, tracked her husband to a rented flat where he had allegedly been staying with the woman for nearly two months. Upon entering the house, she confronted the couple, shouting and striking her husband with her fists. Moments later, the situation escalated when she turned her anger towards the woman, a Hindu girl, who appeared to be in a relationship with her Muslim husband.
One of the viral clips shows the girlfriend, dressed in white, trying to shield herself by hiding behind the man as the enraged wife unleashes a flurry of slaps and punches. Both women are seen locked in a heated and physical altercation.

Police Term It Domestic Dispute, Probe Underway
Meerut Police have taken note of the viral videos but described the matter as a "domestic dispute" at this stage. “We have seen the footage circulating online. While it appears to be a personal matter between family members, we are verifying the facts and will proceed accordingly,” a senior police official told Bharat Samachar.
No formal FIR has been registered yet, but officials confirmed that an internal inquiry is ongoing.
