Lucknow: The CM YUVA Conclave and Expo–2025 in Lucknow marked a key moment for Uttar Pradesh’s entrepreneurship drive, showcasing the growing impact of the Mukhyamantri Yuva Udyami Vikas Abhiyan (CM YUVA Yojana). So far, over 68,000 youth have received interest- and collateral-free loans worth ₹2,751 crore, supporting their transition from job seekers to job creators.
The event featured the launch of ‘UP Mart’, a new portal aimed at connecting startups with machinery and equipment suppliers. An accompanying exhibition highlighted innovative ventures, mobile businesses, and franchise opportunities.
In addition, 17 MoUs were signed in sectors ranging from manufacturing to services, aiming to deepen the state’s startup ecosystem. To improve awareness, officials were instructed to ensure at least 50 youth from every district visit the exhibition to learn about available schemes, market access, and startup support.
The CM YUVA scheme offers 10% margin money support and emphasizes mentorship, training, and market connectivity addressing key hurdles faced by first-time entrepreneurs. Special initiatives were also highlighted, including a ₹5 lakh insurance cover and licensing exemption for the first 1,000 days of a new business.

The event also connected CM YUVA with broader programs like One District One Product (ODOP) and the Vishwakarma Shram Samman Yojana, which focus on reviving traditional industries and artisan-based enterprises. Products made by UP entrepreneurs will feature prominently at the International Trade Show in Noida this September, which aims to position local innovations on the global stage.
With financial support, policy backing, and market exposure, the CM YUVA scheme is helping turn entrepreneurial ambition into viable enterprise across the state.
