Sahibganj: A shocking incident surfaced from Jharkhand's Sahibganj, where a shopkeeper was shot dead by an unknown assailant. The incident was recorded on CCTV installed in the shop. The deceased has been identified as Sanjeev Shah.
The video of the incident also surfaced online. The video shows Shah interacting with customers while two masked men were standing at his shop. One of the men wearing a black mask took out a pistol and shot Shah from a close range. After opening fire, both the assailants fled from the shop.

In the video, it could be seen that after being hit Shah tried to rush out of his shop. However, he collapsed as he reached outside his shop. Meanwhile, after the attack, a man could be seen calling someone in the video.
After receiving the information, the police reached the spot. Panic gripped the area after the incident. A detailed investigation has been initiated into the matter.
So far, no one has been arrested in the matter. A search operation has been launched to nab the assailants.
