In a tragic incident, two boys were crushed to death after a wall collapsed in southwest Delhi's Vasant Vihar area on Thursday afternoon following heavy rain and waterlogging.
According to reports, the incident occurred at around 4.45 pm. The wall that collapsed belonged to the Delhi Development Authority (DDA).
The two children, aged 9 and 10, hailed from Madhubani and Begusarai districts in Bihar. Emergency responders pulled them from the rubble and transported them to AIIMS Trauma Centre via PCR vehicles, but medical staff pronounced them deceased upon arrival.

Initial investigations indicated that the youngsters were seated on steps adjacent to the structure when it gave way.
