Many Bollywood celebs have posted about Operation Sindoor on their social media. On Wednesday, while talking to ANI, Kull actress Nimrat Kaur, spoke about it and revealed that she is the daughter of a martyr. She lost her father in 1994 in Kashmir, and she supports the attack on the terrorist camps by the Indian government and armed forces.
Nimrat said, “Pahalgam mein jo hua woh humne bahot closely observe kiya aur bahot dukh hua. Main ek shaheed ki beti ho, papa ko humne 1994 mein khoya tha Kashmir mein. Main bakhubi samajhti ho ke as a family drastic circumstances aapke saamne life khadi kar deti hai, aur yeh bahot dard naakh aur dukhdai baat hai. (We observed very closely what happened in Pahalgam and felt very sad. I am the daughter of a martyr; I lost my father in 1994 in Kashmir. I very well understand the drastic circumstances a family has to face, and it is very painful and a sad thing.”

She further spoke about the attack on terrorists camps in Pakistan and said, “Iske chalte (Pahalgam attack), Operation Sindoor ko kal raat hamari Bharat sarkar aur armed forces ne jo ek attack kiya hai terrorists camps par, main puri tarah uss action ko support karti ho aur main puri tarah iss baat se sehmat ho ke iss desh mein hie nahi, iss duniya mein terrorism ke liye koi jagah nahi honi chahiye. Zindagiyan barbaad ho jati hai (Due to this (Pahalgam attack), last night our Indian government and armed forces carried out an attack on the terrorist camps during Operation Sindoor. I fully support that action, and I completely agree with the fact that there is no place for terrorism, not just in this country, but there should be no place for terrorism in this world. Lives are ruined.”
What Is Operation Sindoor?
Indian Armed Forces launched Operation Sindoor, post midnight on Wednesday, attacking the terrorist infrastructure in Pakistan and POK from where terrorist attacks against India have been planned and directed.
