On Monday evening, July 7, the makers unveiled the show's first look, announcing that it will begin airing from July 29, leaving fans thrilled and nostalgic.

Filmmaker Karan Johar couldn't keep calm and took to his Instagram story on Wednesday to laud Ektaa Kapoor for bringing back Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi. He wrote, "Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi' - One show. Many generations. Countless memories. Personally the one show that changed the face of Indian television and all credit to @ektarkapoor for that!!!"
