Chum Darang and Karan Veer Mehra’s bond in Bigg Boss 18 won the hearts of the audience. During their rime in the house, Karan confessed his romantic feelings for Chum, but, she hinted at the possibility of reconciling with her ex-boyfriend, with whom she had been in a relationship for over 10 years. Earlier this year, on Valentine's Day, Karan expressed his love for her, confirming their relationship.
Months later, Chum denied being in a relationship with Karan. She told Times Now, "There's nothing between us, it's just friendship. If future me there's something, people will know about it. I posted something on 14th (Valentine's Day) and people have confirmed our relationship. There's nothing, there's no relationship. The relationship ka naam is friendship."
Further, the Gangubai Kathiawadi actress stated that she was sure before entering the Bigg Boss house that she would not fake any love angle. She emphasised that her bond with Karan, as well as with Shilpa Shirodkar and Digvijay Singh Rathee, was completely organic.
"Baahar we are trying to figure things out ki kya hai," added Darang.
In their Valentine's Day video shared by Chum, Karan was heard saying, "Roses are red, violets are blue, I don’t care about anybody but I love you." She was seen blushing and showing a thumbs-up sign after Karan’s confession.
She captioned the post, "Valentine’s Day it was. Thank you, you."
