The Staff Selection Commission has issued a preliminary list of vacancies for the SSC MTS and Havaldar Exam 2025. Candidates who have enrolled for the Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff and Havaldar (CBIC & CBN) Examination, 2025, can view the notice on SSC's official website, ssc.gov.in.
The provisional vacancy for MTS is 4375, and the vacancy for Havaldar has been increased from 1075 to 1089.
The official notice states, The applicants may please refer to the notice of Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff and Havaldar (CBIC & CBN) Examination, 2025, published by the Commission on June 26, 2025. The provisional MTS openings indicated in paragraph 2.1 of the Notice of Examination may be read as 4375, and the Havaldar vacancy may be read as 1089 rather than 1075. The other terms and circumstances of the Notice dated June 26, 2025, will remain unchanged.
How to check the tentative vacancy notice?
Step 1: Visit the official website of SSC at ssc.gov.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, click on SSC MTS & Havaldar Exam 2025 tentative vacancies list link.
Step 3: After this, a new page will open where aspirants need to check the details carefully.
Step 4: Download the file and take a hard copy of the same for further reference.
The computer-based exam will be held between September 20 and October 24, 2025.
Correction Window details
The rectification window will begin on July 29 and end on July 31, 2025. Aspirants will be able to resubmit applications after making the necessary corrections/changes to the online application data.
Correction Window: Registration fees
The Commission shall charge ₹200/- for first-time corrections and re-submission of modified/corrected applications, and ₹500/- for second-time corrections.
How to make the payment: Correction charges can only be paid online via BHIM UPI, Net Banking, or with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, or RuPay Debit Cards.
Note: The correction charges will apply to all candidates, regardless of gender or category.
