RRB ALP CBT 2 Exam: The RRB ALP CBT 2 exam for shifts 1 and 2 scheduled for March 19, 2025, has been rescheduled by the Railway Recruitment Boards for the exam centres where the exam could not happen due to unforeseen technical issues. As per the official notice, The exam that was supposed to take place on March 19, 2025 (Shifts 1 and 2) is being rescheduled for centres where it was not possible to perform it due to unanticipated technological difficulties. This recruitment aims to fill 5696 Assistant Loco Pilot posts. After passing the CBT 1 examination, eligible applicants will sit for the CBT 2 exam.
RRB ALP CBT 2 Exam: Admit card
On March 15, the exam's admit card was made public. Applicants can download their admit cards on the RRBs' official website. On March 11, 2025, the exam city slip was made public. Aspirants can access it on the RRBs' official website.
RRB ALP CBT 2 Exam: Marking scheme
Every incorrect response will result in a negative marking of one-third of the possible points. Marks for CBTs conducted over several shifts will be normalized. The eligibility requirements for Part A are 40% for UR and EWS, 30% for OBC (NCL) and SC, and 25% for ST. As long as the applicant, regardless of community, receives qualifying marks (35%) in Part B, only the marks earned in Part A will be taken into consideration when shortlisting candidates for the next round of the hiring procedure.
RRB ALP CBT 2 Exam: Timings
The dates of the Assistant Loco Pilot CBT 2 were set for March 19 and 20, 2025. There will be two sections to the test: Part A and Part B. There will be 175 questions on the two-hour, thirty-minute test. There will be 100 questions in Part A, which will take 90 minutes, and 75 questions in Part B, which will take 60 minutes. Hindi, English, and twelve regional languages will all be used for the test.
