CBSE Board Exam 2025: The CBSE board exams for Class 10 and 12 started on February 15, 2025, and will conclude on April 4. The board has issued a notice against a 'fake news' YouTube video uploaded by Zaki Saudagar. In the video, the creator made false allegations that the Class 12 Physical Education exam, conducted on February 17, had been leaked. He claimed that the question paper was leaked via the messaging app Telegram.

The board has called the reports of paper leaks for board exams as baseless and false. The Board has also advised students and parents to remain vigilant against fake news on social media for question paper leaks.

Earlier, the CBSE asked parents to assist their children in distinguishing between verified and unverified sources of information in order to stop the spread of false information. For authentic updates, the board has asked students and all stakeholders to use only official CBSE communication channels (cbse.gov.in). Moreover, the board has issued a warning that anyone trying to disrupt the examination process by disseminating false information will face severe legal action.

CBSE has affirmed that it is in close collaboration with law and order agencies in order to find out and proceed against the ones responsible for posting false information. Any individual, including students, found guilty of such activities will face consequences under CBSE’s Unfair Means (UFM) regulations, as well as potential legal action under the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
