Mumbai: The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) has issued a notice regarding PAISALO DIGITAL LIMITED. The company has announced the redemption of its non-convertible debentures (NCDs) and the payment of interest on them. The specific debenture involved is PDL-9.95%-28-6-25-PVT with ISIN INE420C07072 and code 975284.

The record date for this corporate action is June 13, 2025. On this date, all eligible holders of the debentures will receive the final interest payment, and the debentures will be redeemed, meaning investors will get back their invested amount.

As a result, BSE has advised all trading members to stop dealing in these debentures starting from June 13, 2025. No transactions will be allowed in this specific security from that date onward.

This suspension is a routine step to ensure a smooth redemption and interest payment process. Investors holding these debentures should ensure their records are up to date to receive the payments on time.
