Mumbai: IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited has announced that it will stop trading its listed debentures with the code IIDL-9.55 per cent-28-6-25-PVT on June 13, 2025. This is because the company has set this date as the record date for the payment of interest and redemption of its non-convertible debentures (NCDs).

This decision affects the debentures bearing ISIN code INE821I07052, which are listed on the stock exchange under the code 959692. On June 13, 2025, IRB Infra will pay the final interest and return the principal amount to the debenture holders.

The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) has issued a notice to inform all trading members that they should not deal in these specific debentures starting from June 13, 2025. The trading suspension is part of the standard procedure followed during the redemption of NCDs to ensure smooth processing and payment to investors.

IRB Infra’s debentures offered a 9.55 per cent interest rate and were scheduled to mature on June 28, 2025. The company has decided to redeem them slightly earlier.

Investors holding these debentures as of the record date will be eligible for interest payment and principal repayment.
