Mumbai: BSE Limited is holding a Demat auction today, Monday, June 2, 2025. This auction is being done as part of the Rolling Settlement No. DR-641/2025-26. All trading members of the Exchange are invited to participate.

The auction will be held on BSE’s trading terminals. The session timings are as follows:

- Auction offer entry will be open from 2:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m.

- Auction matching will take place from 2:45 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Delivery statements and reports of accepted offers will be shared between 3:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.

The money statement and final reports will be available from 3:35 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

The pay-in for the auction will be held on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. Members and custodians should check their pay-in obligations and make sure securities are delivered on time to the depositories.

With the new uniform membership structure in place, settlements are now handled through the Clearing Member of a Trading Member. Trading members are now allowed to offer securities in auctions even if they have short-delivered them earlier.

Members should be very careful while entering security codes and rates. No corrections will be allowed later. The Exchange may reject any offer without giving a reason.

Members must check the cutoff rate and corporate action notices before submitting offers.
