Mumbai: BSE Limited has announced a Demat Auction under Auction Reference Roll (ARR) 634, scheduled for Thursday, May 22, 2025. This auction is part of Rolling Settlement No. DR-634/2025-26. The Exchange is inviting trading members to submit offers for the purchase of securities through their trading terminals.

The auction process is structured into several key sessions:

- Auction Offer Entry is open from 2:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m.

- Auction Matching will take place between 2:45 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.

- Delivery Statement and Report of accepted offers will be available from 3:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

- Money Statement and Final Reports will be published between 3:35 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.

- The pay-in for accepted auction securities will be held the next day, Friday, May 23, 2025, at 8:00 a.m.

Members and custodians are advised to verify their pay-in obligations and ensure that securities are delivered within the cut-off timings prescribed by depositories.

With the implementation of the Uniform Membership Structure in the Equity Cash Segment, settlement now occurs via the Clearing Member of the Trading Member. The previous restriction preventing trading members from offering short-delivered securities in the same settlement cycle has been removed.

Trading members must be cautious when entering securities codes and rates, as no changes will be permitted after entry. The Exchange may accept or reject offers without explanation.

Always refer to the auction offer entry screen for cut-off rates and stay updated on corporate action notices.
