Mumbai: J.K. Cement Limited has listed a new Commercial Paper (CP) on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) Debt Segment. This listing was made on a private placement basis. The CP has a face value of Rs 5,00,000 each, and a total of 1,000 units have been issued. This means the total issue size is Rs 50 crore. The ISIN number of this instrument is INE823G14AP5, and it carries a credit rating of CARE A1+, which indicates a high level of safety.

The CP was issued on 21st May 2025 and will be redeemed on 19th August 2025. It is being traded under the scrip code 729444 and scrip ID JKCL210525.
