Mumbai: The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) has issued a fresh update on companies that failed to pay the Annual Listing Fees (ALF) under Regulation 14 of SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements.

Update on PAE Ltd

As per the new notice dated May 2, 2025, PAE Ltd. (Scrip Code: 517230) has complied by paying the outstanding fees. This means no further regulatory action will be taken against the company for non-payment of ALF.
