Mumbai: BSE Limited has announced a Demat Auction under settlement number DR-636/2025-26. This auction will be conducted on Monday, May 26, 2025, and is open to all trading members of the Exchange.

The auction will take place in different sessions as per the following schedule:

Auction offer entry: 2:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m.

Auction matching: 2:45 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Delivery statement and report of accepted offers: 3:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Money statement and final reports: 3:35 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

The Pay-in of the Auction is scheduled for Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. Members and custodians are advised to check their auction obligations and ensure timely pay-in through the depository system.

An important update for trading members: with the Uniform Membership Structure now in place, all settlements in the Equity Cash Segment will go through a Clearing Member. The earlier rule that stopped trading members from offering securities in the same settlement where they short delivered has now been removed.

Members should be very careful while entering security codes and rates. Mistakes cannot be changed later. The Exchange holds the right to reject or accept any offer without giving any reason.

Trading members are advised to check the cutoff rates and details related to corporate actions like Ex-Bonus, Ex-Split, or Ex-Rights from relevant departments before submitting their bids.

This notice serves as an alert and guide for a smooth auction process.
