Mumbai: BSE Limited has announced the conduct of a Demat Auction under Rolling Settlement No. DR-631/2025-26. The auction is open to trading members of the Exchange for the purchase of specific securities and will take place on Monday, May 19, 2025.

The process will follow a strict schedule:

- Auction offer entry will be open from 2:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m.

- Auction matching will occur between 2:45 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.

- Delivery statements and reports of accepted offers will be available from 3:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

- Money statement and final reports will be issued between 3:35 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.

The Pay-in for the auction is scheduled for Tuesday, May 20, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. Members and custodians must ensure that their securities pay-in obligations are met within the cut-off timings set by the depositories.

With the Uniform Membership structure now in place for the Equity Cash Segment, settlements will be processed through a clearing member. The restriction on trading members offering securities in auctions where they have short-delivered has been removed.

Trading members are advised to double-check security codes and rates while placing offers, as no corrections will be allowed afterward. The Exchange retains the right to accept or reject any offer without explanation.

Members should also keep track of corporate action notices such as Ex-Rights, Ex-Bonus, or Ex-Split related to the securities in auction.
