BSE Announces Demat Auction For Settlement DR-664, Trading Members To Submit Offers On July 3 As Per Timings

BSE will conduct a demat auction under settlement DR-664 on July 3, 2025. Trading members must submit offers within the given timings and follow all guidelines carefully to avoid mistakes or rejections.

Mumbai: BSE Limited has announced a Demat Auction under Settlement DR-664/2025-26, which will take place on Thursday, July 3, 2025. This auction is open to trading members of the exchange who wish to buy the listed securities.

The auction will take place in different sessions on trading terminals:

Offer Entry Time: 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM

Auction Matching: 2:45 PM to 3:00 PM

Delivery Statement: 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM

Money Statement & Reports: 3:35 PM to 5:30 PM

The Pay-in for the auction (i.e., when payment and securities are exchanged) will be done the next day, July 4, 2025, at 8:00 AM.

Members and custodians must check their obligations and ensure that securities are delivered to depositories on time.

After the new membership rules, even trading members who have short-delivered securities can now offer them in auction.

Members must be careful while entering security codes and rates. Any errors cannot be corrected. The Exchange may reject any offer without explanation. Members should also check for any corporate actions related to the securities.
