BSE Invites Auction Offers For Rolling Settlement DR-663, Members Must Ensure Timely Pay-In & Accurate Bids

BSE has announced a demat auction under settlement DR-663 on July 2, 2025. Members must submit accurate offers during the session and complete securities pay-in by July 3 to avoid penalties or rejections.

Mumbai: BSE Limited has issued Notice No. 20250702-8 inviting trading members to participate in a demat auction for Rolling Settlement No. DR-663/2025-26 on Wednesday, July 2, 2025. The auction process will take place via trading terminals.

The auction session will run from 2:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m., followed by auction matching between 2:45 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. Reports and delivery statements will be released between 3:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m., with final money statements available by 5:30 p.m.

The pay-in of securities must be completed by 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 3, 2025, within depository cut-off times. Trading members and custodians are advised to review their pay-in obligations carefully.

The Exchange warns against punching errors and clarifies that no changes will be allowed post-submission. Members must refer to applicable corporate action notices and cutoff rates before bidding.

With the new uniform membership structure, the restriction on members offering short-delivered securities in auctions has been removed.
