Mumbai: Power Finance Corporation Ltd (PFC) has announced the redemption of its privately placed bonds bearing the code PFC-7.44 per cent-10-5-28-PVT (ISIN: INE134E08MN4). The company has set April 23, 2025, as the record date for the redemption process. Accordingly, all bondholders registered by this date will be eligible to receive the redemption amount.

Trading Suspension on Record Date

The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) has notified trading members to refrain from dealing in these bonds from April 23, 2025, the same day as the record date. This suspension is a standard procedural step to facilitate the smooth processing of the bond redemption.
