Revised Settlement Schedule Announced, EMKAY CONSULTANTS LIMITED Takeover Offer

ICCL has updated the settlement schedule for EMKAY CONSULTANTS LIMITED’s takeover offer. New obligation and settlement dates are 22nd and 23rd April 2025. Members must use Early Pay-in and specify Market Type “Takeover” with Settlement No. 2025021.

Mumbai: Indian Clearing Corporation Ltd. (ICCL) has released a revised settlement schedule concerning the Offer to Buy – Acquisition Window (Takeover) for EMKAY CONSULTANTS LIMITED, originally outlined in Notice No. 20250327-10. The bidding process ran from 28th March 2025 to 15th April 2025, and the updated timeline specifies that obligations will now be downloadable on 22nd April 2025, with the final settlement scheduled for 23rd April 2025.

Participants must ensure that Demat shares are delivered only through the Early Pay-in of Shares mechanism, available across both depositories. It is critical to mention the Market Type as "Takeover" and quote Settlement No. 2025021 in the depository system for all transactions.

Members and custodians are advised to consult Notice No. 20200528-32 dated May 28, 2020, which provides comprehensive guidelines on acquisition mechanisms via the Stock Exchange.
