Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): Madhya Pradesh is experiencing mixed weather these days. On Thursday night, many places including Bhopal saw sudden strong winds and rain.
In Bhopal, the wind was so strong that some trees fell and there were power cuts in several areas.
Indore, Rajgarh, and Raisen also had heavy rain and strong winds.
The Weather Department has warned that storms and rain will continue on Friday in more than 40 districts, including Bhopal and Indore. In some districts, wind speeds may go over 60 kilometers per hour.
At the same time, eight districts have been given a heatwave alert, meaning very high temperatures.
Districts like Gwalior, Sheopur, Morena, and Bhind are facing heatwave warnings, while storms with strong winds are expected in places like Jhabua, Barwani, Khandwa, and others.
This unusual mix of rain, storms, and heat is expected to last for a few more days. For the past 22 days, some part of the state has been seeing rain almost every day, and this is likely to continue until May 26.
Temperatures will remain high in many parts of the state, with some places expecting temperatures up to 48°C by the end of May.
So, people in Madhya Pradesh should be prepared for changing weather — sometimes storms and rain, sometimes very hot days.
