Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): As Eid ul-Azha or Bakra-Eid is approaching, Jabalpur's market is bustling with decor, colours and of course 'goats' for sale.
What stoles the show, was the grooming standards of the goats which included coolers and air conditioners for comfort, carbonated beverages to quench their thirst and dry fruits in the place of food!
Not only this, but the goats were entitled with sames like 'Sultan' 'Sikandar' and 'Pathan.'
Notably, a goat fair has been organised at Bahorabag Kasai Mandi located at Raddi Chowki, which opens at 11 pm and closes at 6 am.
Goats from Ladakh are also available at the market that sleep on a bed in a room with AC and coolers.
Goats quite high maintenance!
This Ladakh breed goats is small in appearance but their long hair and beautiful complexion, has become an attraction in the market.
The most talked about goats in this fair were Sultan, Sikandar and Pathan, whose care and fondness is no less than that of a Nawab.
On top of that, their maintenance routine left people wondering!
Cashews must for Sikandar
The goat named 'Sikandar' of Jamunapari breed is also fond of eating cashews, almonds and chironji. The fact even left the customers in shock.
6 L cold drink for Sultan
On the other hand, a goat named 'Sultan' needs 6 L of cold drink every day. Also, he can not survive without an AC or cooler!

According to businessman Mohammad Asif Sultan, who weighs 130 kgs, is worth ₹1 lakh 55 thousand.
He says this goat is very fussy. It sleeps comfortably on a bed in an air conditioned room. A special cool environment is maintained for it, so that it gets saved from the heat.
Goat eats grains instead of leaves
Another goat of Ladakh breed is also in the news due to its special hobbies and habits. It is a cold breed goat which does not feel the heat. Its beauty, long hair and short stature are attracting people.
This goat eats wheat, maize and grains instead of leaves. Trader Mohammad Imran says that the bid for this goat has reached 60 thousand rupees.
A goat named Sikandar of Jamunapari breed is also a special attraction in the fair. This goat eats things like chironji, cashews and almonds.
According to trader Mohammad Hussain Qureshi, this goat is like a member of a royal family in nutrition and care. Its beauty and gait are worth seeing.
