Ratlam (Madhya Pradesh): In a heart-warming gesture, Bageshwar Dham’s Pandit Dhirendra Krishna Shastri gifted a ₹500 note to a girl as a blessing, who had come to visit him in Madhya Pradesh’s Ratlam on Wednesday.
According to sources, Pandit Dhirendra Krishna Shastri drew a large crowd of eager devotees in Ratlam.
Dhirendra Shastri arrived in Ratlam around 12:20 pm by chartered plane from Nokha, Bikaner. From here, he went to a private program on Sagod Road, where he met people. Later, he reached the event venue at Banjali Chauraha. Here, he gave a ‘Divya Aashirvachan’ until 4 pm.
Girl left home with a wish to see Guruji
Among the crowd, there was a woman named Pratibha Bairagi, who had brought her granddaughter to the venue.
The granddaughter was hoping to get a glimpse of the spiritual leader.
Luckily, when she was standing in the queue along with her grandmother, Shastri noticed her.
He then called her towards him, asked her name, and took out ₹500 from his bag to gift her.
Speaking to the media, grandmother said, the girl had left home with the wish to see Guruji. “Not only did her wish come true, she also received a gift from him,” exclaimed the grandmother.
Due to the huge crowd, there was some pushing and shoving, and a few women fell during the commotion.
Fortunately, no one was injured.
