It has come to light that besides Anuradha, the gang has other women members, who pose as brides and then flee with cash and valuables after the marriage.
Anuradha had married a man Vishnu Sharma in Sawai Madhopur district and had fled with his cash and jewellery.
Police investigations revealed that Anuradha, who was living at Kalyan Nagar in Chhola Mandir area, was an active member of the gang and was in touch with several agents who used to arrange the marriages with the interested candidates.
The gang used to take a fee of Rs 2 lakh from the candidates and of this Rs 50000 was given to Anuradha. Police have found evidence of her dealings with different agents through her mobile phone.
