Specifically, PWD wants information on inadequate turning radii, lack of transition lengths, insufficient internal/external widening on turns, and absence of super elevation as per vehicle speed.
The move aims to identify design flaws that could contribute to road accidents. Engineers have been asked to provide the data within three days. The department sees this as a corrective step to address structural safety concerns.
