Mauganj (Madhya Pradesh): A 60-year-old man and his two minor children were found dead inside their locked house in Madhya Pradesh's Mauganj on Friday.

The deceased have been identified as Avseri Saket, his 12-year-old daughter Moolar Saket, and his 8-year-old son Lali Saket.
According to information, local residents noticed a foul smell coming from the house and informed the police. When the police broke open the door, they found the three bodies in a decomposed state. It is suspected that they had been dead for several days.
The exact cause of death is still unknown, and a forensic team has been called for investigation. The bodies are being sent for post-mortem.
Avseri Saket had been living alone with his two children after his wife passed away. Upon receiving the news, District Collector Sanjay Kumar Jain and SP Dilip Kumar arrived at the scene. Police are questioning locals to determine when the family was last seen and how long the house had been locked.
This incident has caused panic in the village. Just a few days ago, another murder had sparked violent protests in the same area, leading to an attack on the police, which resulted in the death of an ASI.
Due to this, heavy police presence remains in the village.
The circumstances surrounding the deaths remain unclear, and officials are actively investigating to uncover the truth.
