Pakistanis Claim Their Navy Destroyed 'Bangalore Port' & Bombed 'Jammu Ocean' Amid Conflict, Indian Netizens Respond With Hilarious Memes

As tensions between India and Pakistan continue to dominate headlines, a bizarre twist has taken over social media, sparking both amusement and trolling. Several Pakistani users on social media platforms have begun claiming that their Navy has destroyed key Indian ports, specifically naming "Bangalore Port" and "Patna Sea Port." The catch? Neither city has a sea port.

Bengaluru (formerly Bangalore) is a landlocked city located in the southern state of Karnataka, approximately 350 kilometers from the nearest coastline. Similarly, Patna, the capital of Bihar in eastern India, lies on the banks of the Ganga River and has no sea access, let alone a seaport.

Pakistanis are also being mocked over the notion of "Jammu Ocean," a non-existent geographical feature, following claims that the Pakistani Air Force conducted operations over this area.

The geographically inaccurate claims of Pakistanis quickly went viral on social media platforms, especially X (formerly known as Twitter), triggering a flood of humourous reactions from Indian netizens.

From memes about "invisible ports" to satirical weather forecasts announcing "high tides in Patna," Indian users have been relentless in pointing out the blunder.

"As a resident of Bangalore I can confirm that I have seen few Pakistani naval ships on the shores of Sea of Bangalore. I am afraid that anytime soon they can reach port of MG Road and will get beaten by autowalas for not speaking Kannada," joked an X user.

Another wrote, "I am so sad.. I wanted to go for a swim in Bangalore beach at 3 pm and take a dolphin watch boat ride from Bangalore port later. What did you do Pakistanis?"

While the intent of such posts remains unclear, the Indian internet has turned it into a viral moment of collective trolling.

Meanwhile, escalation followed India's launch of Operation Sindoor -- a series of focused and precise strikes on nine terror camps located in Pakistan and Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir (PoK) - in response to the April 22 terror attack in Pahalgam that killed 26 people.

Pakistan deployed between 300 and 400 drones, identified preliminarily as Turkish-made Asisguard Songar models, on the night of May 8 and May 9. Many were intercepted. Among the locations targeted were Srinagar airport, the Awantipora airbase, Nagrota, Jammu, Pathankot, Fazilka, and Jaisalmer.
