1st Maharashtra State Ranking Table Tennis Tournament 2025 – Thrilling Opening Matches Unfold in Airoli. The 1st Maharashtra State Ranking Table Tennis Tournament 2025, organized by the Airoli Sports Association, kicked off with intense matches at Airoli, Navi Mumbai, from 6th to 10th July.
Day one witnessed a series of competitive clashes, showcasing promising talents across various age groups. In Match 1, Keval displayed sheer dominance, securing a straight-set victory over Himanshu with scores of 11–4, 11–7, and 11–8. Match 2 saw Piyush outclass Ravi in a similar fashion, taking the match 11–6, 11–8, and 11–6.
A thrilling four-set battle unfolded in Match 3, where Eshant bounced back strong to defeat Harshil 11–9, 5–11, 11–9, and 11–7. In the girls' category, Match 4 featured Naisha's confident win over Aarohee with consistent scores of 11–2, 11–8, and 11–8.
Match 5 highlighted Divyanshi’s resilience as she recovered from an early set loss to beat Riana 5–11, 11–3, 11–9, and 11–8. In Match 6, Parth clinched a dominating 11–5 win against Akanksh and was deservedly named Player of the Day for his outstanding performance.
