Veteran Indian cricketer Shikhar Dhawan has strongly denied a viral quote circulating on social media that falsely claimed talks about Dhawan’s statement regarding the recently cancelled World Championship of Legends (WCL) match between India Champions and Pakistan Champions.
Taking to X, Dhawan shared a screenshot of the fabricated quote and issued a stern response, "That quote is fake. I never made such a statement, please refrain from attributing false words to me. I urge everyone to verify facts before believing or sharing such made-up narratives."
