Cristiano Ronaldo for the first time acknowledged that some may prefer Lionel Messi, or even legendary footballers like Pele and Maradona over him, but he firmly believes that he is the most complete footballer ever. In an interview with LaSexta TV, Ronaldo admitted, "I think I'm the most complete football player that has ever existed. People could like Messi, Maradona, or Pele, and I respect that, but I'm the most complete,"
He added, "I'm the best player in football history. I haven't seen anyone better than me, and I'm saying this from the heart."
