Left arm spinner Yash Mahale took four wickets at Air India ground in Kalina, Santacruz on Tuesday for Mumbai Police City Riders in the 10th Mitsui Shoji T20 Cricket League organised by Jwala Sports Foundation & MCC. Mumbai Police City Riders beat Bandra Heroes by 48 runs to register their third consecutive win in as many matches.
While batting first after winning the toss Harsh Salunkhe (47) and Sunil Patil gave police team a good start of 61 runs and there after Harsh Aghav (35) and Rohil Pol (33) added another 52 runs for the fourth wicket as they finished 194/9 in the twenty overs. For Bandra Heroes left arm spinner Harshal Waghmare (3/29) and Vijay Gohil (2/30) along with leg spinner Mukesh Gupta (2/30) showed fine bowling performance.

In reply Bandra Heroes were bundled out on 146 in 17.2 overs. Apart from Mandeep Singh (51 with 8 fours) their other batsman could not do much. Only Ayaz Khan (14), Mukesh Gupta (11) and Nishant Treivedi (13) could get the double figure mark. Yash Mahale with his left arm spin bowling spin the web around Bandra Heros and took 4 wickets for 23 runs and was well supported by Rohit Behre with 2 wickets for 12 runs. Yash Mahale was declared as the man of the match and was given a cheque by tournament director Prashant Pathare and Ratnesh Singh.
