Plan Development Works First, Demand Funds Later, Says DCM Ajit Pawar In Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar

Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: “Prepare proper planning of the development works to be accomplished in the city and then demand funds from the government. Provide good facilities through quality works to the public. The government is always ready for it,” directed Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar to the District Administration.

Maharashtra’s Social Justice and District Guardian Minister Sanjay Shirsat, MLC Satish Chavan, MLC Vikram Kale, MLC Sanjay Kenekar, Ganesh Mahasangh founder president Pruthviraj Pawar, president Aniket Nillawar, CP Praveen Pawar, and other officers were present.
Pawar further said people should get better facilities through quality works. The funds should be utilized properly for this purpose. Hence, development works should be planned collectively by all people’s representatives and the administration. The government will ensure that there is no shortage of funds. Those affected by the anti-encroachment drive in the city should be given alternative facilities.

There is a provision to start an incubation centre to produce trained manpower for the garden to be established in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar at an expense of Rs 200 crore soon. The administration should submit a proposal for erecting a statue of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj at Khuldabad to the government, Pawar directed.
Praising the plantation initiative by the Ganesh Mahasangh, Pawar said that each member should plant at least one sapling. Anti-addiction drives should be implemented during the Ganesh festival to create awareness about de-addiction among the youngsters, he added.

Later, Pawar inaugurated Karnavat Cancer Hospital in the city. MLC Satish Chavan, MLC Vikram Kale, MLA Abdul Sattar, Dr Vinay Karnavat, Dr Madhubala Karnavat, Dr Anand, Dr Soham, and others were present.
Pawar said that the government is planning to start a medical college in each district. The government, as well as private institutes, should work together to provide quality medical facilities to the people.
