Pimpri-Chinchwad Horror: Iron Object Falls From Flyover Onto Two-Wheeler Rider’s Head In Bhosari; Victim Critical (VIDEO)

A brutal accident has taken place in Pimpri-Chinchwad's Bhosari area this afternoon. The incident happened near Chhava Chowk. A tempo was going through the flyover above Chhava Chowk in Bhosari when, simultaneously, a man was going beneath.

The tempo collided with the walls of the flyover, and the heavy iron material it was carrying fell beneath the flyover from a height of over 15–20 feet onto the head of the two-wheeler rider. The two-wheeler rider is currently undergoing treatment at a local hospital and is in the intensive care unit (ICU).

A video of this was captured. In the video, it can be seen that the impact is very brutal and the rider falls unconscious on the spot.

According to police, the injured has been identified as Ritesh Ghogare (21), a resident of Bhosari. He was on his way to Chakan, where he works in the private sector. The tempo driver reportedly lost control, and the vehicle hit the flyover walls. The iron rods in the tempo fell on Ritesh, leaving him seriously injured. He is currently undergoing treatment. Bhosari police have booked the tempo driver for negligence and rash driving.
