The Wagale Estate Police booked five individuals who were involved in playing card gambling in the Louiswadi area, located in Thane, just half a kilometer from Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde's bungalows.

Thane: The Wagale Estate Police booked five individuals who were involved in playing card gambling in the Louiswadi area, located in Thane, just half a kilometer from Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde's bungalows.
The police stated that based on information provided by social media, they swung into action and filed an FIR against the five individuals who were allegedly playing illegal cards for gambling in the area.
Shivaji Gaware, Senior Police Inspector from the Wagale Estate Police Station, said, "We received information that illegal gambling activities were operating in the Louiswadi area, and we took action against them. The DCM bungalow is situated in the Kajuwadi area, which is half a kilometer from Louiswadi. So far, we have booked five individuals, and we summoned them to appear in court while filing the chargesheet."
Gaware further stated that they conducted the spot panchnama and that further investigation is ongoing into the matter.
