Navi Mumbai News: Apollo Children’s Hospital Hosts ABC Children’s Conclave 2025, Focusing On Pediatric Care, Wellness And Digital Safety
Apollo Children’s Hospital, Navi Mumbai, will host the ABC Children’s Conclave 2025 on May 3–4 in collaboration with Boston Children’s Hospital (USA), the Indian Academy of Paediatrics (IAP), and the Navi Mumbai Association of Paediatrics (NMAP).

Navi Mumbai: Apollo Children’s Hospital, Navi Mumbai, will host the ABC Children’s Conclave 2025 on May 3–4 in collaboration with Boston Children’s Hospital (USA), the Indian Academy of Paediatrics (IAP), and the Navi Mumbai Association of Paediatrics (NMAP).
Set to take place on May 3–4, at Aurika Hotel, Mumbai International Airport, the two-day event, will bring together leading paediatricians, healthcare innovators, and researchers from around the globe.
The conference will spotlight medical advancements, emerging healthcare challenges, and strategies for building resilient and inclusive paediatric healthcare systems.
In anticipation of the conclave, Apollo Children’s has launched several key initiatives across Navi Mumbai focused on paediatric wellness, digital safety, and community empowerment. "These campaigns aim to address growing concerns such as mobile phone addiction, poor dietary habits, and lack of awareness around holistic child development," said Dr. Vijay Yewale, Senior Consultant and Head of Paediatrics at Apollo Hospitals Navi Mumbai.
Under this initiative, paediatricians from the Navi Mumbai Association of Paediatrics (NMAP) are visiting local study centres to educate children and parents about the adverse effects of excessive mobile phone usage and junk food consumption.
These outreach efforts include health talks, awareness sessions, and the donation of essential learning materials such as school bags, notebooks, rechargeable lights, and blackboards. The initiative is supported by Takshshila Prabodhini Samajik Sanstha.
“Bachpan” is a special interactive event designed to provide parents and caregivers with practical insights on child development, emotional health, and positive parenting strategies. Featuring both Indian and international experts, the event will deliver a global perspective on raising resilient, well-adjusted children in the digital age.
Dr. Anupam Sibal, Group Medical Director and Senior Paediatric Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist at Apollo Hospitals Group, emphasized the significance of the conclave, stating, “The ABC Children’s Conclave 2025 is a celebration of paediatric care and innovation. Dr. Yewale, highlighted the hospital’s milestones, said, “Our goal is to make superspeciality paediatric care accessible to every child. Our infection control protocols have consistently outperformed benchmarks, ensuring safer outcomes.”
