The monsoon season, particularly active in July, heightens the risk of heavy rainfall in various areas. Key low-lying regions, including Mahim, Parel, Dadar, Andheri, Kurla, Bandra, Hindmata, Sion, Bhandup, Vikhroli, Ghatkopar, Powai, and Mulund, face the highest risk of waterlogging, particularly with the potential for heavy rain coinciding with high tides.
